Iceberg Slimes are new slimes that are added in the Winter Wonderland DLC. They are encountered exclusively in The Frostbite Wasteland in the Glacier Sea.

Appearance[]
Iceberg Slimes are crystal-blue slimes with a crown of sharp, icy crystals growing out of the top of their heads.
Special Properties[]
Iceberg Slimes only spawn in a certain sub-location of the Glacier Sea. Like the Crystal Slimes of the Indigo Quarry, they can leap into the air and create explosive ice crystals beneath them, which explode into crystalline shards of ice after one minute in real-time, or until they're hit with Fire Slimes or Fire Plorts.
Rancher Risks[]
The risk of Iceberg Slimes is rather obvious: Their explosive ice crystals that explode into shards of glass ice can deal immediate damage to the player.
Plortonomics[]
Iceberg Plorts play an important role in the ecosystem back on Earth. Because of their density, and the fact they're made of pure ice, they are being used to help restore the polar ice caps and melting glaciers.
