Slimology[]
Magma Slimes were born from lava and they need it to survive. They like to hang around really hot areas and prefer to live inside of lava. They can survive on land only if they are close to lava.And they can be kept on a ranch with a Magma Pool .
Magma Slimes are the ancient cousins of fire slimes. They rarely appear during solar storms in the Glass Desert.
Rancher Risks []
Magma Slimes are so hot that being a few feet from them will damage you. They are like rad slimes but they have a larger radius and they will damage you instantly instead of over time. Many magma slimes in close proximity to eachother will make the radius of their heat larger, multiplying it by the amount of slimes in the cluster. They can also spit ouy fire balls from their body and will become hostile towards ranchers keeping Molten Bananas in a vac tank. These slimes are super dangerous.
Plortonomics []
Magma plorts are not as hot as the slime itself, they are used to survive in cold regions as a heat source and used for fuel as well. They also are used in ovens and other heat related appliences.
Appearance []
Magma slimes appear to made out of lava. They have a faint glow that their body produces and havecraked rock formations on their heads. They also have bright purple eyes.
Tips[]
- Don't keep too many in the same lava pool as this will expand the heat wave that surrounds them.
- Don't get too close to them. Feed them from a distance
- Keep them in a Magma Pool.
- Keep them away from other slimes, food, or items, their heat field will act as an incinerator
