Shark Slimes are harmless unless you're in the water with Ghoti fish in your inventory or near a nest of Ghoti Fish. Try not to enter the water, even though Starlight Sea is all water.

Shark slime's plorts used to be made into flavoured salt. Pretty weird, huh? They were also used to flavor Shark fin soup and make drinkable Ocean water!
