The Hunter General is a boss fought in the Tabby Fortress. He can also be fought by showing absolutely no mercy to the Tabby Army.
Appearance[]
The Hunter General appears as a hunter slime in a robot suit.
Occurrence[]
The Hunter General is fought if either you can get into the war room of the Tabby Fortress. The other way you can fight him is by attacking wounded Tabby Soldiers.
The Fight[]
His fight depends on where you fight him. There are two kinds of the fight: The main fight, and the Revenge Fight.
The Main Fight[]
In the main fight he has 6 attacks:
- Blast - Fires a boom plort at you 🔴
- Gatling Gun - Fires 50 boom plorts at you super fast
- Stomp
- Charge - Charges up suit
- Laser - Fires a rad laser at you 🟢
- Super Gatling Gun - Fires 500 boom plorts extremely fast 🟢
The Revenge Fight[]
In the Revenge fight he has 9 attacks:
- Blast 🔴
- Gatling Gun
- Charge
- Laser 🟢
- Cloak - Cloaks 🟢
- Air Strike - Summons 5 waves of Tabby Planes to drop bombs on you
- Force Field - Summons a force field - lasts one attack
- Bombard - Summons several Tabby Landing Ships loaded with Tabby Cannons to bombard you
- Personal Squad - Summons 4 Tabby Special Units
Key:
🔴 - Main Attack
🟢 - Requires the charge move to be used first
The main fight is gotten by getting to the war room.
The Revenge fight is gotten by showing no mercy.
Post-Defeat[]
Main Fight:[]
The General runs to a bunker, Tabby Special Units chase you out of the fortress, the fortress is 5 times more heavily guarded, you get the "General Fighter" achievement. Bronze Achievement.
Revenge Fight:[]
His suit blows up, the general escapes to a Tabby Landing Ship on foot panicking. After you get some starmail:

Why are you so CRUEL?!?!?! You attacked our injured soldiers! We may have attacked you, but attacking a wounded, fleeing soldier is something that is NEVER ACCEPTABLE! N-E-V-E-R. NEVER! I'LL NEVER STOP HATING YOU!

You also get the achievement "Why..." Silver Achievement.
Secret:[]
Only happens when you defeat him 10 times outside the fortress:
His suit blows up (like normal), but he doesn't run, he doesn't even try. He orders his forces to retreat without him. He then says through a small translator:
"You hate us, don't you? You have taken me out so many times."
"So do it, kill me. Spare them."
You have only one action that responds: the shoot action
You fire a boom plort at him, the plort explodes, and he disappears.
You get the "Finisher" achievement. Gold Achievement.
After this you can never fight him again.
